The auction committee has created a wonderful evening for you with a wide variety of treats to bid on. We believe there is something for everyone! We are sure that you will find something that will tickle your fancy, so please bid high and often! This annual event is the cornerstone of our efforts to raise money for capital projects and scholarship. Each year, the proceeds enable us to offer our educational programs to a wide range of families in the Pioneer Valley. By bidding, offering or soliciting items, and giving of your time, you have contributed to this important fund. |

| Proxy Bidding |
If you are unable to attend the auction but still wish to bid on an item, we've made it easy for you! If you sign up for proxy bidding, we'll have volunteers bidding on your behalf up to your maximum bid amount. Here's how you do it: Grab a "Silent Auction Proxy Form" from the auction table in the front hall and fill out your information completely. Then, for each of the items on which you wish to bid, fill in the item number, the item name, and your maximum bid. Then sign and date it, turn it in, and you'll be set. These forms must be turned in by 3 pm on the day of the auction. Missed the deadline, or want to give more specific instructions? Find a friend to bid for you on auction night! |
