Deposit $600 which includes an enrollment fee of $100 due March 15 (returning students), April 26 (new students).
Annual payment due June 1.
Semiannual payments each due June 1 and December 1.

*Earlybird and After School is available on an hourly basis at a rate of $9.00 per hour, if space is available.

Fees

A $35 application fee is required along with the application form.

Upon acceptance or re-enrollment into the program, a nonrefundable deposit reserves your child's space

Enrollment Contract and Payment Options

Upon acceptance or re-enrollment into the program, a tuition contract will be drawn up for the 10-month school year. A non-refundable deposit reserves your child¹s space. The deposit includes a $100 enrollment fee. All tuition is due in advance and is non-refundable. You may choose a full-year, semester, or 10-payment plan. Payments begin on June 1.

Financial Aid

Tuition assistance:
Partial scholarships are available on a limited basis. Application forms, financial aid information and timetables are available in the Office.

Community Partnership Grant:
Tuition support is available for 3- & 4-year-old Northampton residents through the Community Partnership Grant in conjunction with the Department of Education. Please contact Barbara Black, Early Childhood Coordinator for the Northampton Public Schools at 587-1471, and then come in to fill out forms at our office. You may also contact Barbara Black if you need information about your town's CPG Program.
